We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@theparentnest.co as soon as possible with your order number.

Once the stamp has been personalised, we're unable to make changes.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

On the product page, you'll see a field to enter your child's name before adding to cart. The name is limited to 12 characters. Please double-check the spelling before placing your order as personalised items cannot be changed once production begins.

You can use standard letters (A–Z) and spaces. The stamp supports up to 12 characters. For names with special characters or accents, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@theparentnest.co with your order number. If production hasn't started yet, we can correct it. Once the stamp is made, we're unable to redo it for spelling errors entered at checkout.

Some products in our Glow and Create and Build and Learn ranges don't require personalisation. For name stamps, a name is required as each stamp is custom-made to order.

Orders are processed and personalised within 2 to 4 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We offer free shipping on every order, no minimum spend required.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use our Track My Order page to follow your parcel in real time. Tracking goes live within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@theparentnest.co with your order number. We'll investigate and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

We offer a 30-day guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or is significantly different from what was described, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our full Returns Policy.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Our stamps work on clothing labels, fabric, paper, plastic, and most smooth surfaces. They're designed for labelling kids' belongings including school uniforms, bags, water bottles, lunchboxes, stationery, and more.

Our fabric ink is designed to withstand regular machine washing. For best results, wash clothing inside out and avoid bleach. The ink on hard surfaces (bags, bottles) is water-resistant but may fade with heavy scrubbing over time.

Yes. The ink used in our stamps is non-toxic and safe for use on children's clothing and belongings. Always allow the ink to dry fully before contact with skin.

Our name stamps are perfect for labelling a young child's belongings from their first days at nursery right through primary school. Our Glow and Create and Build and Learn ranges are designed for children aged 3 and up.

Yes, all our name stamps come with an ink pad included. No extra purchase needed — everything is ready to use straight out of the box.
