Many of our products are made to order and personalised based on information you provide at checkout. Please ensure all details — especially your child's name — are correct before placing your order.

• Personalised items cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun
• We are not responsible for errors in personalisation that were entered incorrectly by you at checkout
• If we make an error in the personalisation, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the finished item

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
• We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• All transactions are processed securely — we do not store your card details
• Order confirmation emails are sent automatically and do not constitute acceptance of your order until we dispatch it

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We offer free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

• Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

We offer a 30-day guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or is significantly different from what was described, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
